Here are the last two paintings I made. They're in black and white except for some silver glitter dust that captures the light and shines back.

Sometimes you just have to walk past the same place a 100 times before something catches your eye; a crack in the wall, paint peeling off facades...

Sometimes you just have to let time do the work to come up with what looks like an old brand new painting...

Black and White Postcards

Seems like I haven't been here for ages. But now I know a friend of mine is going to have a look at this page and I felt like I would update the blog.

This is a series of 18 postcards which I painted/drawn last spring. Exploring places like this museum I went to in Bordeaux, going to see Björk in Paris (amazing show, needless to say) or listening to Atoms for Peace's new album inspired me.

I am not done with black and white yet and am working on new bigger paintings projects. 

The painting with the Bird

Finally, here is the whole picture of the painting with the bird.

It is about 92x65cm.

It's a shame the picture doesn't show the details and the texture of the paint I used or the various mediums such as silver or glitter. I wish you could see it for real.

I am finally done with the paintings I started blogging about here.
This is a series of 3 paintings - they're a trio but they also have an identity of their own and can be considered individually.
This is the first finished work I show on this blog; now you know a bit more about what my "art" looks like.
